Remove Computer ID's from Teamviewer app

How do I remove old computer ID's from my teamviewer app?
I use an expired email for the app on my phone, so I cannot log in on some other device to delete it.
Whenever I try to log in, it sends confirmation email's to add any browser/installed program to trusted devices but I have no access to that email adress anymore.

Is there any way to immidiately delete it from the app, without having to log in on the website or some other device?

(Edit: If it's not possible, how do I delete my phone's ID?)
