We have a corporate license, which has 3 channels associated with it. Does this mean that we can have only three live sessions going at a time, across all users? Or is it three channels max per user?

The Corporate License contains three channels in total, which means that you can have three concurrent sessions - three technicians at three different workstations are able to work with TeamViewer at the same time. If a fourth user on the license attempted to make a connection, they would be informed there are no available channels and would be asked to try again later.
