Suddenly got downgrade to Free License from Business License. Any fix?
I have bought TeamViewer Business License and have been using it without problem since April. Today afternoon, when I log in to teamviewer management console web, I can still see status "Business" under my account name and I have reassigned license to new devices.
However, when I logged in again this evening, the status of my account on TeamViewer Web is now "Free" and it did not display as "Business" anymore. Consequently, I cannot reassign the license to new devices.
Is there anything wrong with the licensing system? How do I fix this?

You are going to need to reach out to TeamViewer Support to see where your license has been asigned too.
