TeamViewer can no longer see LiveDrive window

Hi everyone,

I've been using TeamViewer to access our Windows Document Server for some years, to check that its Backup prog, LiveDrive, is working. We just got a new server running Win10. Everything works fine apart from the fact that when I open LIveDrive remotely only this box appears. Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    I work for Livedrive and noticed your comment on the forum. Our support team today tested using the latest version of the Livedrive desktop software with the latest version of Team Viewer and haven't experienced this issue.

    Feel free to submit a ticket to our support team via https://support.livedrive.com and we can see if we can help identify the cause of what you are seeing.

    Hi Dev22,

    Our support team will be sending you this information via the ticket you logged but thought it would be good to post it here for other users of TeamViewer, just in case they have similar issue.

    After a bit of research, it seems to be something other people have seen with a few different apps, but revolves around the graphics card and monitor rather than any of the apps themselves.

    Thank you for that. It is the case that the Server does not have a monitor plugged in and is usually only accessed via TV. I will buy a dummy VGA for it and see if things improve. Cheers. Dev
