TeamViewer v.13.0.5058.

Installed this version some days ago. I see two things happen I don't understand. First, erverytime I login to the community my device isn't recognised and every time I have to confirm via a link in an e-mail I received. How to settle that permanent. Then a irritant problem when connecting to a counterpart. I often get a warning that access is blocked because I performed too many attempts to connect an I have to wait 'a moment'. Can I prevent this? What are the criteria for 'too many attempts' and 'wait a moment'? The last time I experienced this I had to wait for over 10 minutes. What is the reason this is implemented?
