Teamviewer 13 goes offline when computer locks
I have been running Team Viewer 10 on a Windows Server 2012 box for several years without interuption. Recently, due to changing to the subscription model, I updated to 2013 and set my new TeamViewer account. When I connect via RDP, I can bring up Teamviewer and log in and my server is visible everywhere. When I logout of RDP (close the session), TeamViewer immediately goes offline. There was NO problem with the previous version I had installed. TeamViewer is running as a service alread on this server.
Why does locking the Windows 2012 server cause teamviewer to go offline and how do I resolve this?

Hi @DLS
Can you confirm you are connecting with the server ID and not the individual user ID?
See our Knowledge base article on Server ID's here.
