Teamviewer Quick Support on Huawei T3 10

Good morning,
I installed  Quick Support version 14.2.166 on Tablet huawei T3 10 and installed quick support add-on huawei 2 (version 12.1.7267)
Unfortunately I can not see the remote desktop of the tablets (I'm able to view CPU and Memory usage, manage app and WiFi network, make file transfer, but not remote desktop).
The tablet has Android 7.0 operating system and EMUI 5.1.3 
Can someone help me to solve the problem? I have many tablets of this type and I need to manage it remotely.

    Good afternoon

    I have same problem.

    Can not find how to enable Universal Add-On in access services on Huawwei MatePad T, Android 10EMU 10.1.0.

    Can someone help me?
