The blackscreen feature is shown with 'need update'

*this phenomenon appears only one of the my PCs

When I did remote control of my office PC (win10 pro with 2 dual(extended) monitors) by using other PC in my home, the 'blackscreen' feature at the upper-tap of the teamviewer does not activated with certain icon (looks like rocket icon) and it tells 'need update, it is not supported in your version'. I did installed the teamviewer as personal/non-profit(?) mode. How can i solve it? In the reverse case of the remote connection from the office PC to the home PC, the phenomenon did not appeared. Please help me about it. Thank you
