Trial version 1 day remaining with licenced product

I have loged in with a licenced account but my TV still says my trial version expires in 1 day, what to do?

    Thanks for your post.

    Please allow me to give you some tips on what you can check

    • Is the license is valid for the TeamViewer version you are using?
      • It is possible that you have an older perpetual license for TeamViewer 13 and now using TeamViewer 15?
    • Is the license correctly activated on the account you are logged in with?

    I hope this info helps you to get access to your license again.
