UAC Issues

I have followed instructions on KB article to login to remote station using Advanced > Windows Authentication but when trying to install software on remote computer, my view is blocked because of UAC prompt. The issue is I don't want the other user to know the admin password to install software, so need to see the UAC myself. The user is using the run only (one time use) option. Is there any way around this? Many Thanks
