Uknown Connection

I just had an unknown connection to two of my devices???

I utilize two factor and havent received a prompt?

The connection info in the log entry said from 127.0.0.1 (loopback).... The device showed "Tablet (659 262 956)"

Is it normal to show loopback?? I have reset my password, checked the other devices and uninstalled the agent from most devices til i figure out what was going on... Is there anything else i can do?
