Unable to View Channel Use

Dear TeamViewer Support,

Can you please help me figure out how to view Channel Use?
When I click Help->About->Channel Use, it always comes up blank, even when the techs sitting right next to me are activally connected to end users.

We are looking to deploy TeamViewer to more people outside of IT for training purposes.  And we need to be able to see channel usage to determine if we need to buy more licenses, or if we can get by with what we have.  Is there any way to run a report on Channel Usage?
