Using TeamViewer web solution

I have 8 computers in the house and I have just started using Windows 10 on one of them. I got the message that this was a new computer and accepted it into the available computers but now when I log into the Teamviewer website, the Windows 10 PC always shows unavailable. What can I do. I am sure it has something to do with the Windows 10 configuration since all the Windows 7 machines work fine. Help!!! Thanks!!!
