Viewing the logged in username on a device from the Management Portal

Is there really no way to see and search the currently logged on user from the portal? 

I dont accept that manually renaming the alias on each device for each technician on 1800 deployment points is feasible, especially if devices are hot desked by multiple users or reassigned, I can see this becoming and absolute mess.  I note that there have been a few posts about this over the last 12 months with no repsonses.  

Every other software I have put up against TV has this feature, see screenshot below from Screen Connect, which is also searchable from the remote console.

We are about to purchase replacement remote control software in the next two weeks and if we cannot get this resolved it will be a deal breaker
