Will not connect from Windows 10 to Mac

I have a Windows 10 PC with latest version of TeamViewer that does not connect to my Mac which also has the latest version of TeamViewer. It just stays in the connecting mode. I can connect the Mac to the Windows PC. I entereded this problem on Saturday but cannot find it so Iam entering it again. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you kindly exit TeamViewer and restart the program on the both device please.

Further information on Mac device, kindly check for the setting for How to control a Mac running MacOS 10.14 Mojave please if TeamViewer runs on MacOS 10.14 Mojave.
