XP to Win 10 Remote Desktop

Trying to find a solution that will allow me to remotely access (operate) a Windows 10 Pro computer from a Windows XP Pro computer. Currently, I can access the Windows 10 computer from a Windows 7 computer, but get the error message: "The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support."

The XP computers drive industrial equipment and the software won't run on anything beyond XP, so they will never be upgraded. From those computers, we use software on our laptops to make modifications to the software for the equipment, which is downloaded via the network.

I have rights to modify the Windows 10 computer, but not the XP one, but if the solution is simple and cost-effective, I may be able to convince the automation group to update the XP computers.
