How can I make Teamviewer host allow me to control a ZTE Blade L3 android phone?

Downloaded the ZTE add-on but it does not work, I only get the hand cursor instead of the proper remote control capability.

Any ideas? What can I do to solve the issue?

    I have the same issue with ZTE Blade V7 Lite. It's also an issue using **Third Party Product** so I guess something about the ZTE phone setup. 

    Any ideas much appreciated.
