after re-installation the email from Teamviewer is not coming

Hi,
After a headcrash we did setup our PC new, with a new HD. After installing TeamViewer (this is ok), we tried to setup a connection. Before that TeamViewer wants to be sure about the installation, and asks to implement the data in an email they do send. The problem is: this email does NOT come. So we are stuck.
On the other hand, if we know the key from the other site, we can get the connection running, but we need another way to get to the remote key (by phone-call e.g.)
