good evening I have a problem, I did the update requested but after the installation it always asks me to do the update. how can I do?

You can download the latest version for more clarification.  If you are using Team Viewer on the phone ( sites/developer?id=TeamViewer&hl=en_US) then try & reinstall it. For PC version download the entire paid package from the official website.
