no password

hello! Hope you can help me with my password issues. I have dowloaded TeamViewer (as administrator) on to a windows 7 desktop I get an ID but no password.I can not create a new random password or set a personal password.everytime I attempt to acces the EXTRAS menu i get an error message saying "The options dialouge is protected with a password. please enter The password to enter the options menu."Hope you can help!!, thanks

Hello @saif1,

Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🙌

In order to regain access to your TeamViewer options, please uninstall TeamViewer and remove the settings during the uninstallation.

Once this is done, download and install TeamViewer and you will be able to enable the random password.

Here is how to proceed:

Enable random password_Win.gif
