personalized Module stays on old version

My personalized Modules for QuickSupport  are stuck on Version 11.0.80697.0 (Productversion) when I download them by link or DirectDownload.
Since my Company had a Premium License Version 12, I expected to get the presonalized Modules for QuickSupport  updated to the actual Version.
How can this issue be solved?
