unable to connect office comp recently after updating to ver 14,
unable to connect office comp recently after updating to ver 14, was told to install ver 7 as i had business licence for ver 7 . Downloaded ver7, but same issue , Shows licence activated on this comp, BUT ,when trying to connect after sign in to my office comp, shows as PARTNER USING NEWER VERSION. AND ASKING TO UPDATE , BUT am sure after updating ver 14 it would ask for updation or re subcription of licence. i dont want to go for advanced features by paying more for ver 14.. so updated ver 9 which is presently on my office computer, still unable to connect. Popup Message on both ver 7 & 9 , showing your trial period over.
