words get cut off when trying to print
I have a client that just got a new printer. now when they try to print from teamviewer the document gets cut. let me explain, the the documents are formed of columns and rows similar to an excel spreadsheat, when it gets printed the last word in every row in the left column gets cut. it does not do this when printed localy, only while using teamviewer. I am at a loss, any ideas?

I have maybe an idea why this happends. I am gonna try to expain it how it is in my head. When you connect to your client using teamviewer the screen could get crompted like in an other resolution. So when you try to print using teamviewer it could be that (the thing looking like excel) thinks that it has to get smaller to print on the paper. And localy it is the normal size so it works fine there. Let me know if this make's any sense to you, if not i will try to explain it some more!
