TeamViewer Jira ServiceDesk Server Plugin custom field not found
Installed hte Jira Plugin and getting the following: The TeamViewer custom field was not found. Please configure the plugin.
I do see the assignee and the reporter show up, as well as commentors. However only Service Desk agents are showing up as active. All users in our organization are synced and show up in User Management though.
We install TeamViewer on all our employee computers, but the users themselves don't have logins to team viewer. It would be really helpful if we can associate a Jira user with a computer in TeamViewer.
I'm also seeing no visible way to generate a support code and link it to the ticket.
