Team Viewer Host Installed Jetson board (OS-ubuntu 16.04) login is not working

I installed ubuntu 16.04 in jetson board tx2. Then I installed Team viewer host 14 on that and remotely access jetson board from a different system (ubuntu 16.04 with team viewer). Everything works smoothly but one strange thing happen. My jetson board ubuntu login is not working even with correct password until unless I remotely access the jetson board from a different system (with ubuntu 16.04 and team viewer) for the first time after rebooting jetson board.
