Control Ubunto PC with Windows pc

Hello i have trouble to control my Ubuntu 17,1 computer with my windows 7 computer.

I have installed Teamviewer QS on my Ubuntu computer and i have instaled Teamviewer 13 on my windows 7 computer.

After i have push connect the screen on my windows computer is beeing black. and i cant se the  desktop for the ubuntu computer. What do i do wrong.

    Almost the same problem here. I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.1 and all it does when I try to connect from Windows to Ubuntu is showing the text "initializing display parameters". On Ubuntu it looks like the link is established since the smaller Teamviewer Windows is shown on the right hand side.

    Note: The other way around works fine. I can connect from Ubuntu to Windows.
