Failure to connect for login to Ubuntu after reboot

 After remotly rebooting Ubuntu 18.04, I can't reconnect  and login using TV13 unless I'm at the the remote computer.  If I login directly at the rebooted linux computer, TV loads and all is well. If I can't remotely reboot this system and then reconnect for maintenance TV13 is not much help. I don'te remember having this issue with earlier versions of Ubuntu  and TeamViewer. Any suggestions how to fix this will be greatly appreciated.
