Problem with connection

Hello Community,

on my qnap i am running ubuntu where teamviewer 12 is installed.

After the installation i could connect via smartphone and pc at work (cause of this, i have still version 12 on ubuntu) to the ubuntu, but after the disconnect it don´t works anymore. Three diferent messages i get, Password is wrong, the version is not compatible (both version 12) and ubuntu is offline, strange is also, that when the ubuntu is really offline teamviewer show him always online.

The connection works only, after i restart the service or a new installation.

Had anyone the same problem and can help me maybe.
