Support for Linux armhf without X11

We would like to provide support for our ARM based devices, which are running a custom Linux distribution (based on kernel 3.14.58). The devices don't use a windows manager (e.g. x11), but instead rely on eglfs directly.
Is it possible to control those devices using Teamviewer?
