TV 13 and Tinker Board

hiI'm having following problem we're using Asus  Thinker Board and TV 13 , ARMBIAN 5.33 stable Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS 4.13.3-rockchip

TV is installed with all dependencies , no issues. After the last question “Do You want the device to be added to the group…” is hanging up the process for a minute and the output displays a “Cannot add device to account” message. Even though the device appears in the account – it is added to the account list.
Connection icon is blue signalizingthat unit is online. Double clicking the unit on the list is not establishing the connection. What happens is the status icon on the bottom changes from green to yellow and immediately to green again without any noticeable outcome

Maybe someone of you had that issue or similar and can share how to handle it
