Team Viewer 14 Not Ready Connection in Ubuntu 18.04

I installed Team Viewer 14 in linux(ubuntu 18.04). But the connection is Not Ready when Using LAN wired connection(LAN). After i switch to my wifi adapter for connection, it is fine. The issue is why the connection is not ready when connected through LAN?

    Hi, I have the same problem with kubuntu 16.04, but unfortunatly I do not have Wifi adapter ! So I cannot use Teamviewer 14 any more.

    Please note that Teamviewer 13 works perfectly when I restore it, but the remote host went to version 14 recently, and I cannot use 13 with it !
