Teamviewer 13 require daemon restart after boot to start work

I install teamviewer in gentoo with openrc. Teamviewer service is set to start on boot. Teamviewer assigned to account. After reboot the PC is showed in account as online but can't connect. If I login to PC and start TV the GUI shows dashes instead of id and password, login to account fields are grey and cannot be used. PC still cannot be connected remote.

To fix this I need to login as privileged user and restart the teamviewer service.

Can some one help, or this bug is a feature? openrc+lightdm+xfce

PS: Vesion 9 is work without issues. I think version 9 is only working version, all higher versions require login or login+restart even Native linux version.
