    Dear Kezbar,

The TeamViewer setup command helps you to add your device to your computers and contacts with EasyAccess. However, you may be able to use your system in headless mode by following this workaround.

    #get teamviewer id
    teamviewer info

    #set a password
    sudo teamviewer passwd [password]

After running those commands, you may add your device to your computers and contacts list.

Hope that solution works for you.

    Best regards,

    Christian

    Dear Blacky,

    Thank you for your message.

Yes, you need to accept the license agreement.

To make sure you already accept use the following command

    grep -i eula /opt/teamviewer/config/global.conf

To accept license agreement you may run the following command on a CLI session

    sudo teamviewer setup

Hope this solution works for you.

    Best regards,

    Christian

Okay. I've done every step. I pressed 'y' to EULA. Then TeamViewer prompted to enter e-mail/name, okay. Then - password. But when I've done - it was: sign in failed (unknown reason). What I am doing wrong?
  • Hello,

I've got the same problem with setup. It makes me mad !

Did you find a solution ?

I don't know if this helps you, but you can run TeamViewer headless with a dummy display adapter (cheap from Amazon, both HDMI and VGA offered). So it's without a display until you unplug the dummy and plug in the real display. No configuration changes needed.

Search Google: Dummy Plug Virtual Display amazon vga hdmi
