Not Ready. Please check your connection error

Hello,

I have a big problem in my Iphone X. I just try to give my id to other person. So he can help in something. But there s no ID. And it says not ready. Check your connection. I tried to do anything but nothing work. Using wifi and data mobile. Update my iphone and lastest version of quick support. And the internet is good but the same problem. I have Ipad it worked normal. But doesnt work on my Iphone X. Is there anything to solve it. Please help me.
