Problems connecting on Samsung T295

Good afternoon,

The samsung T295 tablet is not allowing Teamviewer access, we perform the installation and give all permissions on android, but when we access the tablet we could not click on the device.

Are there any restrictions on Teamviewer for android version 9 or teamview Team133 for version 9.0 of android?

Has license for Teamviewer 13 with access to 3 operators.
