Activated license but when I attach it says buy a copy

I activated my license and it says business in the upper top.  When I active teamviewer it comes up and says the trial is over and buy a license.  They don't seem to have a help line.  

Any idea how to fix this?  I have work to do and I can't get the trail screen.
