Black Screen on Connection TV 14.4.2669

I am an IT Admin for our organisation and use TeamViewer every day but today when I connect to any of our desktops I can only see a black screen and the teamviewer toolbar is replicated several times at the top of the screen


I have ensured the latest version of TeamViewer is on both mine and the endpoint. I have also restarted the TV service on both ends. This is happening on all my connections.

Any help would be appreciated!
