Black screen from windows 10 but not iPad or Mac

Hi

Running a HP Spectra win 10 with V12 TeamViewer and whenever i remote control to any computer I now get only a black screen from the remote computer, whenever i remote to the same computer/computers from my iPad or Mac it works fine so i know its Laptop/Win 10 related.

Have updated to V13 and it happens on both V12 and V13.. but exclusive to the laptop.. any thoughts ?
