We are changing our pc and on the new pc under windows 10 pro, I can connect but when I click, nothing happens.
I have the latest version of quick support and the full version.
The logged in user has no administrator rights and the UAC does not open.
What to do?
Same problem to me, Im connecting to a Macbook from a Windows 7 PC and when I click on icons, nothing happens. I can connect but I only see desktop.
