Can't activate license on new version 13

 Hi, I bought 11 to 13 version update last monday (1 week ago), I cannot activate the business licence. I wrote the support and called them, but no answer. When I click on the email activation link, put my teamviewer account it says that "the licence is not valide".

Unfortunately the older verson (v11) doesn't work eighter.

Please help me...
