Can't transfer files from OneDrive

Hello, I'm on version 8.0.44109 and upgrading is out of the question. I do not get to make such business decisions for my company and I am the only worker here who uses OneDrive, so no one else has an issue.

When I try to transfer files to another machine, everything works fine except when I try to transfer files within my OneDrive folder. It used to work correctly, but now all of the files in my OneDrive show up as folders within the file transfer window. If I transfer them, they transfer as empty folders. If I move the files somewhere other than OneDrive, they show up and transfer fine.

This didn't start happening until April, so I assumed it was a OneDrive update related issue. However, when I reported it to them I was told they won't help because it involves a non-Windows product (TeamViewer.) I wasn't expecting to get any help here, mostly because I'm on an older version, but maybe this issue also affects newer versions of TeamViewer as well.
