Constant Machine Verification and other issues

New today to TeamViewer.   I installed Teamviewer on my Windows 10 computer and on my iMac.  Used Remote Access Unattended Assistant on Windows side and installed on my iMac (running 10.13.3) and the fun began.

First - I tried to connect to the Windows machine from the Mac and it errored to " Please wait until Storage PC (my name for Windows PC) accepts your request"  - How is this unattended? Did Imiss a setting? 

Second - So I tried to search for a solution and everytime I logged into the TeamViewer(US) web site (from Chrome) it said they didn't recognize my machine and they would have send an email to verify and add to my "Trusted Devices". Which I received and I added.  Except it errored the same message about 6 more times.  So I tried to access via Safari and the same thing.  I did get through finally and the iMac is definitely on the "Trusted Device" list but I still get this message. everytime I log off and back in.    Any help would be appreciated.
