Corporate license showing as trial and expired
I am moving desktops from a Win 2008 R2 desktop to a newer Win 2012 R2 desktop. I have installed TV 13 on the new 2012, and it was showing as "trial" when I log in with my corp account. This morning after returning from vacation, it showed "expired" and woudl not let me log into any computers in my list.
I had to extend the trial 7 days thru the request extension link in TV to connect to computers in my list.
I have reviewed the topic here, but do not feel this solves my issue: https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/TeamViewer-General/V12-with-corporate-license-still-shows-expired/m-p/3006
When I log into my account on the website, it shows 'corporate' as the type of acount and not trial.
Please advise.
