Disable Options / Advanced

I know that I can create a policy for "Disabling Shutdown" but client still can right click the TeamViewer icon and under Oprions/Advenced turn off the "Disable-Shutdown".  

Is there a way to disable also this step?

How can I disable "Advanced" settings under "Options"?
