Full access to remote computer not working tv13 mac-ubuntu

Hello,

i'm connecting teamviewer 13 (free license) from a mac to an ubuntu system (also tv 13). I can see the remote desktop but cannot have control. The settings were changed on the remote computer to allow full access but still no change, all i see is the white arrows of my cursor (moving) and the remote cursor (inactive).

Anyone knows what the problem could be?

I have the same issue. I noticed that it's still working on Ubuntu, but on Mac the Ubuntu's graphic doesn't refresh so it looks like nothing works.
