How to configure keyboard settings v13 Windows 10 machine accessing mac

I don't see how to configure keyboard settings under v13 new interface.

I'm accessing a mac-mini from a W10 machine.  On the mac, the windows key is not behaving as apple key, and ctrl key inputs are interpreted by the host W10 machine not the mac-mini.

Trying to edit code in Webstorm is a nightmare without the apple key, lol!
