I need your help. How can I find out the accurate offline period of a machine on TV? There are cases that it just shows as offline while some shows how many days and hours the machine was last seen. Please advise.

Is the device assigned to your account? The device must be assigned to your account if you want to see the offline-days.
That doesnt answer the question though. The question being that some connected PC's say "Offline" and others say "xxx days offline".
Why?
