Installation error windows xp sp 3

After finishing install of teamviewer,verion 14-8, the application error is happened and the teamviewer can't start.

However it is possible to start team viewer, lower of version 7.

Why is happened the problem ?

The OS is windows xp sp 3, which is not supported....

    Sorry for late response.

    we were unable to receive advice from teamviwer because
    of out of OS support ,We posted it to the community.

    It has not been solved yet.
    We are relying on other users' information.
