Installing Host/Full Version from Quick Support problem
When I try to install the full/host version from our Quick Support app it fails. There is no message of failure, simply nothing happens. It asks if you want to install the full version and when OK is clicked nothing happens.
Is there an issue with installing to the full version 11 from the QS app? This is causing us a lot of grief, forcing us to talk customers through the QS download unnecessarily, and preventing us from providing support on occasions.
Can you let me know a solution or if others are having similar issues?
