Mirroring iPhone to PC disconnects when the iPhone is locked

Trying to mirror a iPhone using the QuickSupport app and the TeamViewer 13 desktop program on the PC.  If the iPhone is locked by the user, the session will disconnect between the iPhone and the PC.  You have to completely restart process to connect to device.  

This is very cumbersome to restart this process each time as we are trying to use the mirror function to determine what our users are doing throughout the day while using our application so we don't want to have to bother them to reconnect when we just want to stay connected even if the user has their phone locked. 

Ideas on the best way to do this?  It appears for Android devices you can have a 'Host' app which allows you to connect to the users device without bothering the user to 'confirm' the connect.
